Experienced Farm Manager needed
A very profitable and progressive farming operation is actively seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee 30+ employees. This person MUST have a stable and proven track record as a Farm Manager. This operation deals only in crops and no livestock. Irrigation experience is ideal. I have been placing individuals in agriculture for many years, and I have not been aware of a Farm Manager opportunity as solid as this. -Help supervise tillage, pre irrigation, planting, spraying, growing, and harvesting.
-Maintain farm data/records for my analysis on planting, spraying, fertilizing, harvesting.
-Conduct farm research
-Oversee the calibration of all equipment, planting, spraying, fertilizing, harvesting.
-consult with me on operating plans, purchase and replacement of equipment,
-operate farm equipment when necessary
-Appraising the performance of farm foremen and field workers
-preform duties assigned by myself or management
